Q1. What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit to confirm order, 70% T/T balance payment before pickup.
T/T, PayPal, Western Union payment terms are acceptable.
Q2. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 35 days after receiving the deposit payment. The specific delivery time depends on the order quantity and our stock status.
Q3. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we support OEM and ODM service, but there will be a MOQ for custom design.
Q4. What is the warranty policy?
A: One year warranty. We will provide lifelong technical support.
Quality problems occur during the warranty (except for caused by improper use), we are responsible for providing free replacement accessories, and the freight shall be paid by the buyer.
